Dear SEAMCAT users and STG members,
I am pleased to inform you that the official version SEAMCAT v.5.5.0 is released on 22 November 2023.
All changes since previous official version are reflected in the release note.

I would like to mention that this version is the result of the common efforts of CEPT members, SEAMCAT users’ community, STG members, development team and ECO which contributed greatly to the tool advancement.
